Can I get a free quote?

Yes! We want your business and quotes are always free. Click here to submit your information and receive your FREE Quote.

Is there a minimum quantity I have to order?

Yes—6 shirts is the minimum required quantity per order.

How many ink colors can I have screen printed?

At Xtreme Graphics, we’ll print up to six (6) colors on a shirt.

Can I design my own shirt?

Yes…we make it easy and fun. If you already have artwork, please email it to us. You can even send a description of the design you want, or fax us a sketch (866) 883-7881, and we’ll create artwork for you at $25/hour (most one color jobs take one hour or less to complete) — we will supply a free quote.

What about privacy and security?

No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary.

What is the Xtreme™ Guarantee?

It’s our goal and commitment to provide the best quality custom screen printed shirts available and we stand behind our work. We will be happy to fix any mistake made by Xtreme Graphics, all we ask is that you report the mistake to Xtreme Graphics within 24 hours after you receive your order.

Artwork/Specifications
What file types are accepted for supplied artwork?

We accept the following file formats: CDR, EPS, AI, TIF, PSD, PDF, JPEG, BMP, GIF Be sure to convert type to paths or outlines, or supply the font used.

What resolution is preferred for my artwork?

The maximum imprint area size is 11.5” wide x 11.5” high. For imprinting on a pocket or for a chest logo, the maximum size is 3.25” wide x 3.25” high.

Can Xtreme Graphics create my artwork?

Yes! Simply email a description of the design you would like on your shirt. (See “What is the charge for illustration services?” below.)

What is the charge for illustration services?

To create your custom artwork, we charge $25.00/hour. Most one color jobs take one hour or less to complete.

Turnaround/Shipping
Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. At Xtreme Graphics, UPS Ground shipping is FREE! If you prefer another carrier or need expedited shipping, we will happily arrange for that at your expense, just give us a call.

What is the average turnaround time of an order?

7-10 days after artwork has been approved.

When does production on my shirts start?

Production starts after the design and order information has been approved. Any changes MUST be made before production starts, or additional charges will be incurred.

Payment/Returns
Do you accept credit cards?

Yes…we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. Orders placed through our Design Center are processed securely through LinkPoint.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of your order, Xtreme Graphics accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake. We will then replace the order or credit your invoice.
